"ProKavkaz" is the gastronomic traditions of the national cuisines of the North Caucasus region in a modern interpretation by brand chef Artem Dobrovolsky and chef Artem Trofimov. The menu includes a variety of meat dishes (grilled, fried), several types of khachapuri, khinkali and chebureki, cheeses and matsoni, as well as obligatory snacks using herbs, vegetables, nuts, and spices. Seasonal offerings, such as dishes with kid meat, complement the regular menu.
